Worked on national-scale IT infrastructure in collaboration with Udviklings- og Forenklingsstyrelsen (UFST), maintaining and optimizing PSRM — Denmark's national revenue management system. Gained experience navigating a large, complex enterprise codebase across the full stack, from SQL performance optimization in Oracle to backend Java and React frontends. Working inside a hybrid team across two organizations also gave me a firsthand view of how large institutions manage technical debt, prioritize incidents, and coordinate across organizational boundaries — a perspective I found as interesting as the technical work itself.
