Contributed to high-impact national IT operations in collaboration with Udvikling- og Forenklingsstyrelsen (UFST). I was part of an incident team maintaining and optimizing PSRM, the national revenue management system — a large-scale Oracle-based platform customized by Netcompany for UFST. My work was mainly focused on SQL performance optimization in Oracle databases, backend development in Java 8, and updates to the React-based frontend for newly implemented modules through incident solving. The position followed immediately after my bachelor’s degree and concluded when I began my master’s studies at DTU.

Highlights

  • Optimized database performance — Improved SQL queries and indexing in large Oracle environments, enhancing system response time and data reliability in the national PSRM platform.
  • Contributed across the full stack — Worked with all parts of the techstack and with both legacy and modernized system components.
  • Collaborated in a hybrid incident team — Worked closely with colleagues from both Netcompany and Udviklings- og Forenklingsstyrelsen (UFST).
